Art Attack
Time: 9:00am - 12:00am Mountain
As part of the Cache Valley Gardeners’ Market free Art Attack program,
Global Village Gifts will host the internationally renowned art educator,
Yvonne Young Merrill. She will be on site from 10 a.m. to noon to supervise
and teach children how to make a decorative Aztec fan. This art activity is
one of the crafts featured in Yvonne’s “Hands-On” book series, which
provides art activities from various cultures around the world.

SHOP FOR POPS!

On Saturday, June 16, the Cache Valley Gardeners’ Market will host Shop for
Pops. To celebrate Father’s Day Gene Atkins, backyard cooking expert, will
welcome summer with scrumptious tips for barbeque and dutch oven cooking.
Shoppers can sample tasty breads and mouth-watering pork and learn how they
can make these easy dishes in their own backyards. Additionally, Cache
Valley-based fly fishing shop, RoundRocks, will promote cool, relaxing fun
with a hands-on fly fishing demonstration. Come learn the fundamentals of
casting.
